At Swasth Physiotherapy, we value your trust and strive to provide the best possible physiotherapy services. This Refund and Returns Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for our clinic visits, home visits, and telerehabilitation services.
📌 General Policy
- Our services (physiotherapy sessions, consultations, and telerehabilitation) are non-returnable, as they involve time-based and personalized medical care.
- However, under certain conditions, we may allow refunds or rescheduling as per the rules below.
📌 Cancellation & Refund Rules
- Advance Booking Cancellations
- If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled session, you are eligible for a full refund or free rescheduling.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will not be refunded but may be rescheduled at our discretion.
- No-Show Policy
- If you fail to attend your appointment (clinic, home visit, or online session) without prior notice, no refund will be provided.
- Service Issues
- If a session could not be delivered due to an error from our side (e.g., physiotherapist unavailable, technical issue in telerehabilitation), you will receive a full refund or rescheduled session at no extra cost.
- Packages & Long-Term Plans
- For therapy packages (e.g., 10-session plan), partial refunds are not allowed once the package has started.
- In genuine medical or unavoidable circumstances, unused sessions may be adjusted or transferred after management approval.
📌 How Refunds are Processed
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, etc.).
- For payments made via third-party apps (e.g., Razorpay, PhonePe, Paytm), refund timelines depend on their policies.
