- Appointments must be booked in advance via phone, WhatsApp, or online booking.
- Full or partial payment may be required to confirm your booking.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations and refunds are handled under our Refund and Returns Policy.
- Patients are encouraged to notify us at least 24 hours before any cancellation or rescheduling.
4. Patient Responsibility
- Patients must follow the advice and exercise plans provided by the physiotherapist for best results.
- Patients should inform us immediately of any discomfort, pain, or side effects during treatment.
- We are not liable for complications arising due to non-compliance with prescribed exercises or ignoring medical advice.
5. Telerehabilitation & Online Sessions
- For online physiotherapy sessions, patients must ensure a stable internet connection and safe environment to perform exercises.
- We are not responsible for injuries caused due to unsafe home environments or poor execution of exercises without supervision.
6. Confidentiality & Privacy
- All personal and medical information shared with us is kept strictly confidential.

7. Limitation of Liability
- While we strive to provide the highest quality care, physiotherapy outcomes vary depending on individual conditions.
- We do not guarantee specific results, and recovery depends on factors like medical history, consistency, and overall health.
- Our liability is limited only to the cost of the services provided.
